Appointed as Development Manager and Asset Manager for this Property located in a strong Milton Keynes location. We have developed a modern industrial warehouse and ancillary offices extending to 149,000 sq ft on a site of 6.71 acres. The property is now let to Lantmannen Unibake (the second largest bakery in Europe).

We identified and purchased two adjacent greenfield sites for the development of bespoke industrial units for our client. The development was undertaken in two phases, the first providing a manufacturing facility, headquarter offices, associated delivery/service areas, car parking and the second phase providing additional manufacturing capacity, service areas and car parking. The fit-out was undertaken under separate contracts in parallel with main construction contracts to ensure smooth delivery of the completed development and the earliest possible commissioning of the manufacturing equipment installed in the buildings.
