South Street has been appointed as Development Manager to lead an internationally renowned team on a landmark office-led development at the heart of a key area of regeneration in London.
Located at the heart of one of London’s most exciting and vibrant sub markets this site will form the final piece of the new Aldgate cluster.
Designed by Foster + Partners, the proposed development envisages circa 460,000 sq ft of Grade A quality office space, with vibrant retail spaces at ground level and a regenerated public realm. This scheme is of a calibre that will take this location even further on its journey to being one of London’s most exciting destinations.
South Street will manage the whole development process from beginning to end from feasibility and purchase through design to delivery and handover. Construction work is envisaged to commence upon securing a detailed planning consent with completion of the project targeted for 2022.
